Hawkins Lease Service, Inc. is a general oilfield construction company. It was established in 1981 and headquartered in Alvin, Texas with additional locations in Alice, Carrizo Springs, and Conroe Texas. The company is active in many phases of energy service and involved in exploration, drilling, pipeline, and downstream maintenance. Hawkins Lease Service is a family owned and operated company. President, Jay Hawkins, attended Sam Houston State University, and after working for Amoco Production Company he started Hawkins Lease Service, Inc. As President and Team Leader, Jay focuses on service, safety and training.
Hawkins Lease Service has added some specialized personnel that include cathodic protection, valve maintenance, project inspectors as well as expanding on the damage prevention program. Hawkins Lease Service has the experienced personnel to provide a wide range of energy services that include: road and pad construction, flow line, facility hook-ups, anomaly digs, meter site construction, roustabouts, gaugers, welders, and operators, bores, excavation monitoring, ground beds, rectifiers, test leads, painting, right-of-way mowing, well cutting and capping.
The company services both production and midstream companies in and around the Gulf Coast area. With 30 + years of steady growth in energy services, Hawkins currently works with clients that include Shell, BP, Exxon/Mobil, XTO, Conoco/Phillips, Denbury, Anadarko, Hilcorp, Williams, Enterprise, Praxair, Kinder Morgan, Koch and is just as proud to work for many independent and mid-size companies as well.
